Bass Star Records is ready to destroy your sense of reality...
... as Vulture takes control of your mind turning you into 'THE King OF Zombies'. As your life essence slips away a dark malevolence seeps in, replacing it with a powerful new desire to consume red hot bloody dripping Bass. Yes you become a ravenous monster whose every thought is obsessed with staying out late and grinding your pelvis to hard dark electronic sounds composed primarily of low end frequencies.
After listening to a few tracks by Vulture it's easy to tell producer Brendan McCullough doesn't care about pleasing the masses with his music. Brendan says, 'Vulture is my passion project, each track is a direct re Presentation of the way I felt at the time I composed it'. King of Zombies is a perfect example of Vultures musical diversity. The album touches on dubstep, electro, breaks, industrial, metal, and even goth rock. the albums production is delicately honed, Vulture gets really intricate with the little things in a track, expect lots of sonic subtleties throughout. It's these atmospheric bits that really make the album glitter, the entire piece is washed with lush undertones that paint mental pictures beneath the unforgiving landscape of Brendan's mind. Vulture is well established in the West Coast and International Bass Market after consistently releasing hit tracks that climb the charts like ghoulish undead. His EP Ladder To Hell created massive waves of magma igniting producers around the planet to create their own infected methods of mass destruction with the now infamous Ladder To Hell and My Inferno Remixes EP, combined to become the unwholesome colossus 'My Infernal Ladder To Hell LP' that managed to possess the charts across 5 genres spreading its malicious spunk all over new fans. After unleashing his mayhem across 8 other top Electronic labels including Geomagnetic, Brave Raven, Substation, EDM Records, Dubstep SF, Wayside, Another Chance, Thunder Dome, he is back again on the label that first launched his career Bass Star Records ready to completely ruin the very fabric of creation we are happy to run screaming to the dance pits and let down our hair to thrash around like crazed lunatics during all twelve carcass devouring epics until you lie down screaming and twitching in mad convulsions.
The 'Brain Child' of Brendan McCullough. Vulture left the nest early summer of 2011 but is already well on its way to World-Wide Recognition. Vulture stands out for Top notch production and raw self-expression portrayed through A genre-bending, Mind-melting psychosis. His career includes several previous incarnations in the form of good old fashioned live Goth and Industrial bands since 2001 including Necrotis Exmortum (Front man, Songwriter) 2001-2003, Deejay Sindrome 2001-2006, Dismantled (Metroplis Records US, Dependent Records UK, keyboardist) 2002-2005, Terracorpse (Corkscrew Records, Front man, Songwriter) 2003-2008, Grimm (W.Y.P. Recordings, Ground Zero) 2009-2012. Several of these groups toured extensively and signed to major labels for multiple highly acclaimed album releases. Never underestimate the power of a demented mind! 'On the Brink of death, I opened my eyes to A frost bitten morning. I lay with my back on a freezing gravel road while Vultures encircling my feeble body. A large group had landed and stood no more than 10 feet from where I lay. Staring into the eyes of the closest Buzzard was almost meditative and I remember doing this for some time while a plethora life changing realizations flooded my senses. My life has never been the same.' - Brendan McCullough.
