'No Faith' original mix is ironically angelic pads dancing over the running sequencer bassline while the dark evangelical vocals remind us
'there's no faith'. A delicate and tight percussive kit adds a clean mechanical repetition to the track's campaign of consistent movement and force.
Phatjak's remix on the B-side is run through the mud and set in the alley to dry. The clean air of the original is replaced with a wavering
delusion. The sequencer bassline that was so prominent in the original is no more than a murmur here, The vocals are removed completly; replaced with robot
communication of extra blips and bloops. |
