Quantum may sound new to you but it is the alias production name for one of Israel's most respected and long standing artist - DJ Gidi (Hovek Olam Project). Gidi has been here since the late 80's, make no mistakes, he's not a kid and same goes for his music direction.

Gidi has been playing all over the world in the past 10 years, he was mainly assosicated with the Hovek Olam project where he compiled two compilation for and went for a worldwide tour. In addition he compiled several other compilations for respected labels such as Usta and Mdma to name but only a few.

Gidi is known to thousands of trance fans worldwide, throughout a decade he has been performing everywhere, from festivals and raves which he took active part it to the most smalles and undergound parties there are.

After so many years in the making, Gidi finaly set down to assemble his studio, when this stage was completedd the next logical thing to happen was seeing Gidi beeing taken captive with the secret world of electronic music prodution.

Quantum's first tracks were instantly signed to Cosmophilia's in house label and got released last summer in a series of 12' singles not to mention few compilation inclusions. BNE have decided to sign the Quantum project for a long term arrangment, as we clearly saw the potential of Gidi's worldwide recognition alongside his amazing production talents. Flangerized is the first teaser from his briliant album, already being supported by almost everyone around the globe, the two additional tracks include a remix done by the new morning prince - Fatali, the 3rd track is Chop, both will not be included in the album and are single tracks only. Get ready for the outrage.
