Echotek doesn't need much introduction to the international prorgressive Trance scene, in his 14 years of musical voyage Micha carry an impressive discography that ranges over 75 original recordings, without mentioning remixes or joined collaborations.

Throughout a long period of activity Micha has released a vast amount of releases on through the most respected labels and record companies out there including: Iboga, Plusquam, Spiral Trax, Flow Records, YoYo, Planet B.E.N Records, Tatsu, Earpeak, Mdma, Analogue Pussy to name a few out of a long list of places who respected Echotek's music.

Apart from his main project as Echotek, Micha is highly invovled in few more projects, his new minimal Trance outfit 'Solid' is already out with its 2nd EP and presents an abomination, a hybrid of minimal Trance with a hint of psychadelia, something to keep your ear open for.

'Micro Friends' is Echotek's 4th studio album and his best release to date. To those unfamiliar with his previous releases we can only point out his last three artist albums, 'Application Rate' (Flow Records), 'Emotion Chaos' (TimeStretch)and 'Changing Frames' (YoYo Records), gained Micha a strong fan base and high respect in the international scene.

The musical direction of the entire album varies from progressive trance with club elements to strong dancefloor attacks with an industrial atmosphere, all of which create a unique envelope of sounds throughout the album, bringing a fresh and innovative approach.
