A real story of imaginative music, a masterpiece...
The french producers Yannis Kamarinos and Jean Michel Blanchet formed the trance and ambient act Jaia in 1995.
Jaia released several 12 inches too, as well as numerous tracks on various labels compilations, such as Island, Iboga, Wagram, Milan, Flying Rhino, T.i.p.
World, and many others.
Since 2000 Yannis is working alone under Jaia name.
Today Jaia's music is a crossover between progressive trance, progressive house, psy morning trance and electro. Jaia is also still producing ambient and
downtempo tracks.
The new album 'Fiction' combines all these influences in a extraordinary way. Epic dance tracks in proggy speeds but with the full rush of sound closed by
an ambient tune and all this mixed up by interesting bridges of sound.
