Wadada's inspiration came when he and long time SOA violinist Marek Miczyk began work on the new album in a knight's templar house near Montpelier, famous for its UFO sightings.

Prince FAR-I is resurrected on the Andy Weatherall produced City OF Nine Gates track. The sampled vocals of John Lennon and Michael Jackson+ were added at the Arka Sound Studio (+for legal reasons only available on the SPV Poland version)
